Bike Description

Bicycle stolen within the communal area of our property. We have two neighbours upstairs who are likely to have been involved or their guests. Time was between 9:45pm and 11:15pm. The bike has a unique feature that locks the saddle to the frame with a bike chain which is covered with a tube.
