Bike Description

Hey, folks. My bike was picked by two theft just in the Bike store room. They enter the apartment and cut the chain of my bike. The CCTV display that it happens in the time between 18:30pm and 18:40pm at 21st June. The location is BS2 8QA in the canvas apartment near the city center. A significant feature is a red rack on the bike frame. Any one find a similar one, please give me a clue.  We had the evidence of the crime. And if you report any useful information I can provide 100 BGP bonus.
