Theft from outside Barleycorn Way E14 9DE on 26.10.20 at 15.30 while two NHS therapists were treating a patient inside the building, they witnessed two youths in hoody's who cropped the Kryptonite lock steal it and gave chase but had no luck as they were too fast. <p class="MsoNormal"></p>
