Old Peugeot road bike. Has been spray painted bright green. Handlebars have been taped white. The bike is missing the left pedal and arm. The seat is white.Theft Description
Bike was left locked up on New Street, Leamington Spa, overnight. It was locked with a D-Lock. The lock was picked, and the bike was missing in the morning.
