Bike Description
Has a light on the front taped on with blue electrical tape. A black bell, front and back reflectors and a back light as well as mud guards (one down middle of frame attached with elastic and one on back wheel). Also has my name and college written on it in UV pen.Theft Description
Left outside a house, locked to itself in Cowley (Bullingdon Rd). Sometime between 9:30pm and 8am the next morning
