Stolen from secure flat stairwell at 6pm. Bike D-locked to thick iron railings - thief smashed railing off and ran off with bike and had accomplice waiting outside. Man was white, slim build, 40s, light brown floppy hair, wearing dark business suit (to look respectable I guess)
