Bike was locked up outside in Reading Town Hall Square in the bike locking area closest to the Marks & Spencers. It was secured with two cable locks. I locked the bike around 1530 and wen tshopping. When I returned at 1630, the bike was gone, with no sing of the locks, or the bike. Annoying.
