A man rang the building around 3:30pm on Sunday 24 July and got in (my neighbours might have let him in thinking it was delivery) that same man stole 2 other bikes belonging to my neighbours the last 4 months. that man was seen on Selborne road, Brighton, with my bike at 3:45pm the same day
