Theft Description

Bike stolen from Cathays train station at around half 10 on Wednesday the 4/7/2018. Bike was locked by both wheels to the bike park at the bottom of the stairs in the Cathays train station car park just off sengenydd road. footage from the university shows a man with dark hair and a possible top knot putting two bags down next to the bike and walking away with it shortly after 10:30 in the morning. Crime has been reported to the police but the case is closed due to no identification being made and therefore no more leads left to follow. Due to being a student teacher, I can not offer much in the way of financial reward but will give as much as I can to get this sentimental bike back.
