My bike was taken by a visitor to our building. It is a building with 10 flats. All flats are privately owned. A new resident has moved in renting one flat and the traffic of random unknown visitors has increased. Many arrive on push-bike. My bike was taken from it's secure rack well within the building. This rack space would only be known to visitors that indeed pass the rack and that limits it even more. This bike rack space is not visible form outside the building.
