Bike was locked securely, the flat door is broken Ealing Council sent letters regarding the matter and claimed to be planning to fix it, but they never did for 2 years straight!, unfortunately this was all talk, and I was the first victim, eventually someone (I don't know who) cut the lock and took the bike with the lock, I am absolutely disgraced about how the council would ignore this issue for two years straight and in the end do nothing about it. Every year we get given letters from the council claiming that they have hired contractors to undergo the fixing procedure but I have heard nothing back from them. I used a Halfords 120cm Cable Lock to lock the bike.
