Stolen at 5.15-5.30pm from a bike parking area covered by cctv at Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent, London E14 2BG (Tower Hamlets Town Hall), Poplar, East London area. The thief was caught on cctv but not apprehended. He also stole the distinctive skate helmet, black, covered with stickers.
