Theft Description

cycled into Woking to do some shopping arriving just before 17h00hrs and parked my bike just outside the shopping malls gates by Barclays Bank on the railing of the Christ Church's Fence right next to the phone both on that side of Church Street. I chained the bike using a D lock and cable, going through both wheels and chaining the actual chasssis to the railing using the D lock. I went into the shopping mall for about an hour and upon returing just after 18h00 as that is the time the shops shut, the bike or lock was nowhere to be found. there were other bikes chained next to me bike when I arrived that were still therree when I returned. I hunted up and down the surrounding areas but could not find the bike.
