Bike Description

Dark grey/black Genesis Croix De Fer with a back basket

Theft Description

Left locked outside the Tavistock Centre in London. Came back in the morning and it was gone.

Recovery Description

The bike was registered with BikeRegister.com and I reported it the moment I realised it was missing. The person who took the bike threw it over a nearby fence. A nice man who lived nearby took it home and reported it via bikeregister.com. The bike had a flat rear tyre and pitlock wheel skewers – perhaps the thought of faffing with that stuff was enough to cause the initial thief to chuck it?
