Caught on cctv tall white male with beard dressed in grey clothes blue and grey woolly hat with jacket hood up. Had a black man bag. Stole the bike at 18:10 he also returned back to the place of crime on the Friday of that week he had a grey Staffordshire bull terrier dog with him .
