Theft Description

The bike was inside our building, storaged under the stairs. Someone managed to get in and steal it. It was not left alone in the street, it was in a private property. Today (one week after) I saw it, it was in Colliers Wood area and ridding it was a black chubby and tall teen. With him, his peers all of them pretty bad looking, like a gang or something. All wearing black with bandanas in head and hoodies. One of them was white and had light eyes, must be English but was more like east European looking. The rest of them all black .
