Bike Description
Relatively new bike - but with some mud on the frame and black marks on the handlebars. When it was stolen, it had a cheap front and rear light on.Theft Description
Bike was locked up on Pavilion Road, Chelsea. Somehow, someone cut through the lock and must have wheeled or cycled it away whilst I was having dinner at a restaurant opposite.
