Brand new bike, used only for 2 months, no scratches, was registered with BikeRegister so had a red sticker below the seat and had dot markings all over frame

My bike was found laying on the street in of the neighbourhood areas. The person who found my bike saw my post on FB and contacted me. Someone just took it for a ride and then left it
