Bike Description
Black/Blue bike; blue spokes and inflation valves- has reflectors on wheels but no bike lights. Gel seat cover on the bike, too big for the seat. Also a black bottle holder on the diagonal frame part. New brake pads- red and black Clarks- front one is fitted badly. Back wheel squeaks when bike is ridden. Front wheel says BTWIN on the tyre- the frame part says 80MM in silver lettering. The diagonal part of the frame says BTWIN in silver lettering on either side, the flat top part says ROCKRIDER 340 with the ROCK in bold and the RIDER thin in silver and the 340 in white superscript. The back wheel says MTB in black font on a blue background on either side. Left handlebar is missing the rubber covering on the end- gear adjustment on both handlebars; 1-3 on L and 1-7 on R. Seat was on the lowest setting when stolen; adjustment lever is really stiff and can't be moved by hand. Was stolen with the bike lock; a black lock with yellow number rotating part.Theft Description
Was stolen from opposite Royal Victoria DLR station on Seagull Lane outside Oceanis Apartments in the Capital Phase II Development (see image of the railings it was on). The railing it was chained to was dismantled in order to steal it. The bike chain was also around the wheel so possibly was carried away as there was no evidence of the lock being cut. I suspect it was taken over the railway into Canning Town.
