Bike Description
On one of the pedals some of the grey rubber plastic had been ripped off. It has (or had) mud guards and a black basket attached to the back wheel. It has some black lines or writing. It has 18 gears, and a 28 inch frame. Sticker which says it is a grade 2 bike, suitable for approved roads (or something very similar).Theft Description
Locked up with a thick curly lock (would need pliers), also with a helmet. It was locked up on a bike rack outside of a small supermarket.
