Extra small road bike with very distinctive black frame and white polka dots (the size of a thumb nail).Theft Description
Left locked up within designated bicycle parking area opposite Mile End Tube. This area is in the middle of Mile End Road between opposing lanes of traffic. Lock was cut off and left at the scene.
