Theft Description

Parked on park lane in Leeds next to Roundhay park just past the golf course. Two individuals who were caught on CCTV by one of houses opposite jumped over the fence next to my van and ragged my bike rack off the tow bar in about ten minutes then chucked both bike and bike rack over the fence in to Roundhay park. Both bikes were locked together with 3 locks  which bike rack and lock were found abandoned in Roundhay park wood the following day.
