Theft Description

bicycle kept in bike shed for apartment residents. No visibility of bikes outside of shed. Only those with keys can access shed residents/maintenance crew. Shed doesnt have any visible forced entry markings so I believe that whoever stole the bike had access to the shed. Bike was locked with a good quality U-lock and loop in the shed - this was cut through and the bike stolen - left other unguarded bikes behind.
