Bike Description

46cm frame, internal gears, disc brakes, belt drive, 27" wheels, flat handlebars.  Seat post cut down with hacksaw. Rear mudguard stuck on with gaffer tape.  Right pedal had a black and green kpedc strap held on with cackle ties.  Reflective square hanging from back of saddle
