lady’s small frame road bike almost new. has some small motifs on the front forks. Front tire filled with tire slime it has a green valve cap on the front tire, the rear tire had yet to be filled.Theft Description
my bicycle was stolen outside of Southend university from the gateway building. It was parked in the bicycle storage area and was locked. The lock cable was evidently cut with some industrial cutting tool and left on the ground. The theft took place between 9-11 am
