In Oxford City Centre, between Four Candles pub and Zizzi restaurant.</li> <li>Thief cut bike lock and I'm assuming the front spokes.</li> <li>Left going away from George Street and turned left. Would have emerged from alleyway in front of Westgate shopping centre.</li> </ul>
