Location stolen from: 127 Dalkeith Road from the railings Has black and grey mudguards on both wheels (Bikehut Front & Rear Mudguard Set **Halfords**) and a pannier rack (Halfords Disc Brake Pannier Rack **Halfords**) on the back wheel/frame. Also has a water bottle holder attached to the middle part of the frame between the front and back wheels. Thick tyres. Some scratches to the frame.Theft Description
The perpetrator either cut through or yanked the stair railings at the bottom of the flat building complex on the ground floor as you come in to steal my bike.
