Theft Description

My brother locked his bike outside Home Bargains, at Cardiff Retail Park at just before 8 pm on Monday evening 10th December. about 15 minutes later he left the store, his bike was gone. The bike lock had been cleanly cut through and was left on ground. The thief must have been equipped with bolt cutters.
