Bike Description
It's a new bike bought less than 3weeks ago. It has a little scratch on the left hand break. Frame size is 18 with bike approximate weight 15Kg and a Shimano tourney 2x7 (14 speed).Theft Description
I left bike at Becontree Leisure centre for my gym session (body pump) around 10:50am. I return after the sessions around 11:45-11:50am and the bike was gone. I spoke to the leisure centre manager (Page), who said I should report to the police and that its all she can do. I asked her to look at the CCTV but she refused and said it's only the police that can see it if they asked. She was really unhelpful, she didn't show any empathy and I thought of cancelling my subscription because she didn't even ask me how I AM GOING TO GET HOME. Very disappointed to be a member of this gym.
