Electric blue with the red and white sticker on the frame. Scratches on the brake handles, odd chips in the framework. Hybrid tyres in great condition. Nice wheels with black rims.Theft Description
Behind Southbank Centre, Waterloo. Three hoodies were witnessed as near the bike and looking suspicious. Minutes later after witness had secured their bike in the main road (Belvedere Road - opposite Pizza Express) and walked through toward Southbank Centre they saw cut padlock. Explained to me when I was there talking to the police (1 & 1/2 hrs later).
