It had a couple light scratches when I bought it, a slow fit foam seat (it doesn't come with that by default) and the wheel caps have green lights attached to them.Theft Description
I had chained it up to a tree in Oliver Avenue, South Norwood, Croydon, SE25 6TY. Near the church. I went to the doctors in the evening and when I came back in the morning it was gone.
