24” black bike, new rear brake pads and derailleur mechanism. Has cable tie like lock attached to cross bar whic whoever took it won’t be able to get off, only I know the number. Left at the Kingston centre in Milton Keynes (where Tesco is) in bike racks between the library and home bargains. Stolen from there.
