Bike Description

Grips are falling apart  and there is rust throughout the bike. There was two small lights on back and front and another light holder on left side of handlebars. It is old and worn, not a new bike. Black seat with grey rear right and left sides. No bell. Left break does not work at all and right break works only slightly. It is identical almost to the bike in photo, though on my bike there was no gear dials as I believe there is on this bike. All else is the same.
