It is a women's hybrid bike that is light grey in colour with turquoise accents. Had mudguards installed on them.Theft Description
Taken from the bike racks on the side of Weston Library on Parks Road. D lock was left on the bike rack and cable lock was found cut through, sitting on someone else's bike.
