Recovery Description

I went back to the exact place it was taken - where I tend to have a coffee and I was utterly shocked to find my bike locked up in the exact place it was taken - about 3 metres to the right in the same bike rack. I got under it to check it was mine - from the frame number (checked and double/checked) and still in unbelief called the shopping centre security and the police. 45 mins later the police officer checked it - my details and police report and said I could take it - but would have to cut through the new chain lock. Oracle security has put their own lock on it while the police came. They cut through it with a power saw and handed me the bike. Still can't believe it. For me it was a God thing - it's just too much of a coincidence to not be - and I had basically given up hope of it being recovered - after initial frustration you just have to remember everything can be replaced except life itself - so I prayed and just handed my annoyance to Him (and walked home). It was two weeks ago it was taken - and the exact same place I am walking along and its there. It could be Jesus saying He loves us - even in a stupid little life detail of recovering a stolen bike that is really not that expensive - could be the numpty who took it is a complete fool who decided to do his shopping in the same place - or could be a complete coincidence - will never know. But anyhow - return to where it was taken - and perhaps just mention it to the guy upstairs.
