Bike Description
- Mainly black with a little bright green. Green line down the middle of the saddle. Green on the inside of the wheels. Carrera crossfire 2 womens bike. Did have 2 padlocks , one black one red. Had lights on on the back underneath the saddle overlapping each other
Theft Description
Outside Greenwich Library. It was padlocked and was in the designated bike area approximatly in the centre of all of the bike spaces
