I am living a three floor flats  at 26 Pinder Road Walthamstow London E17 3PE, at the ground flour is a bike store secure using the fap to enter, 2rd of July 2023 a lady living ground floor call council complain she can't open her door so the council send a man then He disable all the doors included bike store then by Tuesday some get in store and stolen my son bike, after a while I saw a mixed race boy ride I try to communicate with him but He cycle fast and run away,  I think is lives local but I don't know his address,
