The (most probably two) thieves stole the bike from the bike carrier on the back of our camper van in Edinburgh (Silverknowes Beach) while we slept inside at 1:20 a.m. They removed the cover bag and cut all the locks with a bolt cutter. After we recognized what was happening, they fled, presumably along the beach promenade, and were gone before we could spot them.
