Theft Description
Stolen from Wellington Street, opposite the Citrus Hotel in central Cheltenham at approx 12:15 Sunday 1 December 2019. Ripped from a locked roof rack, destroying that and damaging the car in the process. Thief was spotted heading north onto Bath Street, then straps that had been attached to the bike found on Bath Road outside 'Belvoir' estate agent. Presumably headed southbound and disappeared. Will happily pay a cash reward for information leading to recovery. <div style="display: none;"></div>
