Bike Description

I have the pink slips from buying it it but I don't know which one is the frame number (i think it's CH14 1016553) or (6B9684f3578e9cc6).  It was taken from 26 stephenson house, OX1, 1sl.  They took the whole bike but the back wheel.  It was a 350 pound bike.  The seat was cut short to make it fit me.  it has the Dlock holder screwed onto the bike as well as the light holders.  the right bar by the handle was scratched white.
