Bike Description
Cannondale CAAD8 2016 road bike, stolen from Home Park student accommodation at Lansdowne, Bournemouth. CAAD8 2016 w/ Tiagra groupset. Small split on right bar tape, bright yellow rim tape. Red inner tube (presta) caps. Different seat to the image, a black gel padded one lifted from an old MTB, not sure of the make. Underside of the seat has two plastic blue pieces which stand out. I've not levelled it quite right, the front is noticeably pointed down if the thief hasn't fixed it yet ;) Got silver Shimano M324 pedals, reasonably rusty. In fact the whole bike has a decent amount of rust, since I'm forced to keep it outside. Two black plastic drinks holders. Rear brake caliper is starting to seize up, and the brake pads are well worn and need swapping. Got replacement parts sat on my desk and all. Got an off-brand one of these attached behind the seat too: https://ass-savers.com/products/ass-saver-regular , which should stand out a bit HG500-10 11-28 10-speed cassette, 50/34 chainrings. Bike lock looks like it was cut with a half decent pair of cable cutters, it was just a basic twisted steel cable lock. Stored in a secure bike shelter (with a pinch of salt - enclosed private area with metal fencing, RFID access control on the gate and some half-hearted rain covers, except there's a gap in the back right corner) nr Cotlands Road, Bournemouth (BH13BW). One way access control only, meaning other students could quite easily let in other people who could make their own way back out, +1 bike
