Theft Description

Deliveroo driver delivered our order at 16:00 on 14th Feb. My girlfriend picked up the order form the 3rd floor landing, were my bike was kept. We live in a building of 4 flats, on the 3rd floor and none of our neighbours were home. At 16:15 a friend arrived to our building and the front door was open, she went in and found a man dressed in a black vest & trousers and wearing a black balaclava (matching description of the deliveroo driver) carrying my bike down the stairs. We think he left the door ajar after delivering the food and came back once he had parked up his motorbike. She shouted up to us, we ran down and out onto the street but he had gone. The driver's name was Salah but Deliveroo refused to provide further details to us or request him to return so we could ID him as the man who stole the bike.
