Theft Description

It was locked to the bike stands outside SOAS University main entrance. It was unattended for a couple of hours. At the time there was no office to leave it in, so I thought I would lock it up temporarily before taking it with me and thought my lock was strong enough. A tall thin white man wearing a mask and a long mac cut the lock and cycled off. There is cctv footage of him casing it out for 30 mins before making his move.
