Theft Description

Cut heavy chain with an angle grinder from inside a locked compound at 6 Church Hill, E17 3AG (Walthamstow) in view of CCTV sometime between Sun, 1 May and Sat, 6 May. CCTV footage of the perpetrator has not yet been recovered, but a piece of the cut chain has been found.
