Theft Description

I locked my bike in front of the London College of Communication (LCC) building in Elephant and Castle. I used the cycle racks nearer the ground floor canteen seating area overlooking the street. I attended an event at the LCC and left the building at around 8:30 for dinner in a nearby restaurant. I came back to collect my bike at around 10:30 or so, but I couldn't find my bike. I looked more closely at the racks and I found my lock on the floor cut into two pieces with what appears to be an angle grinder. My bike was a Brompton, colour Turkish green, used with scuffs and marks and the right handside grip of the handlebar is scraped with the metal showing. The handlebar is an 'M' type.
