Theft Description

I left the bike securely locked with a brand new heavy-duty Foldylock lock I recently bought especially to avoid theft. This was on a designated bicycle rack outside St Paul's tube station at 13:00 in broad daylight. I was not far off and by 15:00 same day I came to find it gone with the lock too and thief had left the helmet only on the ground. I'm certain there would be multiple CCTV in the area where it would be captured for sure. This is a much-loved gift from my wife when I got an MA. I really hope to find it.
