Theft Description

Bike locked outside Peter Jones Sloane Square around 4:45pm , I returned in around 5minutes and found cut lock bike was gone. Person sitting on the bench few meters from my bike said a black man appeared to be unlocking his bike and left shortly before I arrived. Sadly no CCTV in that area. Bike had Immobilise tag, reported stolen, haven't heard from them.
