A thief climbed on the 1st floor balcony, in Poplar, and took my bike, jumped with it in his hands, landed safely and jumped on his orange bicycle. He held my bike in his right hand and cycled away. He had an accomplice with him. Both of them are well known thieves in Poplar and I have reported them to the police under my crime reference number.
