Bike Description
White seat and handle bars. No lights. One of the handle bars missing end cap on one end. Disc brakes. Handle bars somewhat dirty (no longer pure white). No mudguards or other accessories.
Theft Description
Bike locked up with a red bike lock outside the north east corner of Lincoln central market. Returned to find it gone, along with the lock.
