Theft Description
Thief broke into office building and cut bike lock. Captured on CCTV. Middle aged white man, black coat, blue jeans, white trainers, centre parted greyish hair and peculiar long pointed face. Thief spotted again on morning of 1 November 2017 outside Mshed stealing a white foldable bike.
